Begin with dishes such as Duck and Orange Pâté, Marinated Smoked Salmon and Prawns, or Cheese and Truffle Arancini, followed by Mario’s Champagne Sorbet. For the main event, choose from Welsh Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, Sirloin of Welsh Beef, Duo of Pork, Pan-Roasted Hake or our Chestnut Roast. Finish on a sweet note with our Lemon Tart and mulled berry compote.
